Federation’s action centre

Fe y Alegría works as a network and the types of networks within the movement are multiple, they come from diverse characters and scopes: there are local networks, by country or region, federative networks, global networks of which, we as a Federation are part. Networks require us to have the same vision, presuppose a culture of generosity open to collaboration and depend on people who are able to contribute their vision and leadership to the shared mission.

The Fe y Alegría networks are instances of animation, action and management. They unite the “horizontal” with the “vertical” dimension of institutional governance. They allow us to strengthen the joint mission from each country or region and to make the voice of each place heard more quickly and rapidly.

The mission action networks for federative deployment are called initiatives.
